We are looking for an HR and office admin executive responsible for providing HR and administrative support to the company’s daily operations.
Introduction
Akridata is a well-funded US-based tech startup founded in May 2018 that is looking to revolutionize applications of Visual AI. Akridata India is a subsidiary that takes full ownership of product development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Be the person to take up all non-engineering requirements to support the day-to-day operations of Akridata India.
Drive HR processes around collection of documents, addressing any grievances and issues from employees.
Coordinate with external service providers like office space, finance operations, and recruitment support providers.
Coordinate with HR person at US headquarters, ensuring company-wide process requirements related to HR and finance activities are adhered to.
Keep track of employee-owned company assets(laptops) and support in case of technical support issues.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
Coordinate travel arrangements for employees.
Organize team fun activities.
Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking
Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (any)
1+ years of relevant experience with providing administrative support for the company’s daily operations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite(Gsheet and Gdocs)
Attitude and willingness to fully own up responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience in coordinating engineering recruitment activities is a plus.
Location
The role requires the candidate to reside in Bengaluru and work from the office(Indiqube Edge, Bellandur, Bengaluru) at least 2 days a week.
