Bedrock Analytics is seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to take our sales team to the next level. In this role, you will be the driving force behind identifying high-potential leads, enrolling them in omni-channel outreach campaigns while initiating meaningful conversations over the phone, and converting these cold leads into qualified opportunities. Your primary focus will be on outbound efforts, connecting with decision-makers at target companies, and nurturing leads through your persuasive communication skills.

This is a hybrid role & candidates will be expected to come into the Bedrock Office located in Downtown Oakland 3 days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Daily Prioritization: Organize day-to-day activities to ensure all sales quotas and management objectives related to outreach metrics (emails, phone calls, activities, etc) are met.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions via CRM tools (Hubspot & Salesloft).
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify and nurture new leads into revenue-generating opportunities through well-planned and executed outreach efforts.
  • Product Expertise: Become an expert in our product offerings, knowing the Bedrock platform inside and out.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through effective outreach strategies.

  • Outbound Expertise: You are tenacious and relentless in pursuing leads through personalized emails, cold calling and social outreach.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate superb communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage prospects effectively.
  • Prospecting/Discovery Skills: Possess exceptional sourcing skills to uncover potential customers and decision-makers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • You have at least 1-3 years of experience working as an outbound SDR/BDR.
  • You're passionate about the tech & CPG industries & are eager to make an impact on a fast growing team.
  • Bonus points for experience with Salesloft, HubSpot, Seamless.AI, Orum and other sales tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of interacting with & speaking confidently to VP & C-Level executives at enterprise companies.
  • Has knowledge & interest in B2B sales tactics & lead generation.
