Bolster is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Account Executive with a proven track record of exceeding quota in enterprise B2B software or cybersecurity sales. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a unique opportunity to help accelerate revenue growth while playing a key role in shaping our sales organization at a fast-growing AI-powered cybersecurity company.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys building relationships with executive decision-makers, and is passionate about helping organizations protect their brands and customers from phishing, impersonation, and digital fraud.
This is a remote position, and candidates must reside in the Eastern Time Zone (EST) to effectively support customers, collaborate with internal teams, and align with core business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Ambitious hunter with upside focusing on driving new customer trials and closing near-term revenue.
- You will be responsible for managing accounts through the entire sales cycle (Full Life Cycle Sales), with the support of the entire company.
- Expected to leverage any existing relationships with IT/Security buyers to help introduce Bolster to new accounts.
- Prospecting for new business - Engaged in good CRM hygiene with salesforce and creating effective client campaigns in email, phone with follow-ups.
- Ability to understand competitive positioning and value proposition in an exciting market.
- Present the Bolster Platform to CISOs, Director of IP and Trademarks, Head of Trust & Safety
- Work closely with Sales Engineers to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- MUST have experience selling to the mid-market and enterprise customers
- Experience in selling into the Cybersecurity/Fraud landscape.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in B2B (SaaS) sales
- Proven hunter background with a track record of success
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on over-quota performance
- Risk Taker
- Adept at communicating with a largely technical audience.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and other Sales Tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred
What they'll be doing
- Proactively prospect, identify, qualify develop and close sales pipeline
- Strategically prospect into CISOs, Director of IP and Trademarks, Head of Trust & Safety
- Building business champions and running a complex sales process
- Work closely with Sales Engineers to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with the enterprise network partner sales and channel to maximize deal sizes
- Aptitude for selling through data-driven insights or compelling storytelling.
What you will bring to the table
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in B2B (SaaS) sales of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market
- Experience in selling into the Cybersecurity/Fraud landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and run a complex sales process
- A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Ability to articulate the business value with a largely technical audience.
- Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDPICC)
- Driven and competitive. Possess a strong desire to be successful
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and other Sales Tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred
