The Sr. Solutions Architect, a customer-facing technical leader who partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success throughout the customer lifecycle. This role leads technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, and enterprise architecture discussions for complex cybersecurity environments. The Solutions Architect serves as a trusted advisor to customers while also mentoring the broader Solutions Engineering organization and influencing product strategy through market and customer insight.
Location: Remote (U.S. only)

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales process, from discovery through technical validation and close.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, security challenges, business priorities, integration requirements, and success criteria.
- Design scalable solution architectures that align Bolster capabilities with customer security workflows, operational needs, and enterprise standards.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and executive-level briefings tailored to customer use cases.
- Plan and lead proof-of-value engagements, including scope definition, success criteria, execution, troubleshooting, and presentation of results.
- Guide customers on deployment planning, APIs, integrations, data flows, authentication, and technical adoption best practices.
- Respond to technical sections of RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and other enterprise due-diligence requests.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate customer requirements, competitive insights, and product feedback that may influence roadmap priorities.
- Develop and maintain reusable technical assets, including reference architectures, demo environments, implementation guidance, and enablement materials.
- Represent Bolster at customer events, webinars, conferences, and industry forums as a technical subject-matter expert.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- -10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Security Engineering, Consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity solutions in complex customer environments.
- Strong knowledge of digital risk protection, phishing, brand impersonation, threat intelligence, external attack surface management, or related security disciplines.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer engagements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.

100000 - 300000 USD a year
This range reflects the anticipated base salary for candidates hired to work in California. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, education, geographic location (where applicable), and business needs. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
