About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our startup growth across global markets. This is a hybrid role combining sales support, marketing execution, and operational work—ideal for someone who is both analytical and creative, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales efforts across B2B and governmental sectors
• Assist in lead generation, outreach, and CRM management
• Conduct top of funnel introduction meetings
• Execute and optimize marketing initiatives (SEO, AIO, content, social media)
• Create and manage content across digital channels
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and messaging
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Support internal operations, including meeting coordination and team events

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing (tech / B2B / government-facing environments)
• Proven marketing exection: SEO, AIO, content creation, and social media
• Excellent English (native-level or close)
• Highly tech-oriented and comfortable working with tools like CRMs (e.g., Attio), Slack, and similar platforms
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Passion for business process automation
