Job Summary

As a Product Designer, you will be leading the end-to-end designs to enhance the customer experience within our product suite that best fit our clients' needs. You will be working closely with the product, engineering, and data science teams to define and create solutions which elevate our products for their debut. In this role, you should lead with customer obsession and data-driven decisions to solve our customers’ problems.

Responsibilities

A day in the life of this role includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Partner with our Product Managers to understand product specifications and co-develop the product road map.
• Independently conduct user research studies to capture customer user flows and identify product efficiencies.
• Translate your research and concepts into high fidelity wire-frames and prototypes that simplify the customer journey.
• Communicate and document design ideas and prototypes to ensure alignment with our developers to allow them to build with confidence.
• Integrate the latest standards in design to create the most intuitive and easy to use enterprise product on the market.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a User Experience Developer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, or similar design-related role.
• A portfolio or sample of work demonstrating relevant experience in analytics or big data product design.
• Fluency in best practices for information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles, techniques, and patterns.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a strong rationale for design decisions.
• Experience working in small and collaborative teams with a passion for innovation and delivery.
