Callidus is the most advanced legal generative AI platform on the market today. We offer a uniquely powerful platform, enabling lawyers (as one example) to draft a full 30‑page legal brief in ~10 minutes—saving about a week of effort. We are an engineering‑led organization that empowers talent to build collaboratively toward our mission.

Callidus steadily grew in the top 1% of funded startups last quarter relative to startups our size. With a fresh $10M funding round, we’re ready to scale and are looking to triple the size of our team.

Your Role

We have a well-established "Prosumer" sales motion that has been working well. We grew 100% last quarter and have 1,200 customers. We're looking for someone to establish a more typical B2B flow. You'll need to get very deep and have an owner's mindset, taking over this substantial responsibility, with huge upside.

You will be responsible for recruiting and managing a 3-4 team members.

Seniority Level

VP / Head of Sales. Reports to CEO.

Experience in LegalTech and/or Law Degree

Extensive B2B sales experience

History owning and achieving large sales targets

Strong technical acumen

Substantial leadership experience

Ability to command instant credibility

Fantastic work ethic and ownership mindset

Ability to work 3 days per week in Dallas office (near Uptown) when not traveling

Ability to travel as needed

Ability to run full sales cycle in large accounts individually and lead other team members

Total OTE cash of $320K - $400K + substantial equity.

Base Salary: $160K - $200K

Bonus: 100% of Base

Equity: Substantial

Equity Bonus: Substantial
