We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in identifying and attracting exceptional talent that aligns with Paystand's growth and objectives. As a key player in our recruitment process, you will serve as the vital link between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Serve as the primary recruiter for specific roles within the organization, understanding the specific requirements and nuances of each position.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates, both through traditional and creative sourcing methods, to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews, to evaluate suitability for open positions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate pipeline management, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to track and report on recruitment metrics, and to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best recruitment practices, and incorporate relevant knowledge into recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales recruitment, talent acquisition, or business development.
  • Demonstrable sales recruitment experience and success in a related position.
  • Experience working with Greenhouse.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills both in English and Spanish.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive and effective relationships.
  • Ability to work in collaborative teams.
