Role at a Glance:
We are looking for talented students and recent graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. Whether you're passionate about technology, people, sales, or strategy, there’s a place for you at Paystand.
As an Intern, you’ll join one of our key departments — such as Engineering, Product, Marketing, Finance, Revenue and Business Operations, Sales, or People — and actively contribute to real initiatives that align with our bold vision. You’ll be paired with a department leader and work closely with your manager to identify a strategic project that will serve as the centerpiece of your internship experience.

Who You Are:
- A mission-driven student or recent graduate who believes in building a better financial future.
- Ready to endure through challenges, ambiguity, and complexity.
- Comfortable with openness, feedback, and transparent communication.
- Excited to be part of a team that's not afraid to disrupt the norm.
- Have a strong sense of stewardship for the work you do and the team you support.
- Able to work on-site at our Guadalajara office and commit to 25–30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations and strategic initiatives within your assigned department.
- Complete and present a capstone project to leadership and peers, demonstrating real impact.
- Participate in company-wide events, team-building sessions, and department immersions.
- Collaborate across teams with openness and ownership, staying curious and focused on impact.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Ideally, a rising senior or graduating senior in college (Class of 2025 or 2026).
- A recent graduate who completed a bachelor’s degree within the past 24 months.
- Students currently enrolled in other graduating years may also be considered, depending on business needs.
