Role At A Glance

As a Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, you'll be tasked with establishing and executing a revenue growth strategy through the sales and expansion of our collection SaaS products. This position focuses on creating strategies that address both the standard market needs and specific customer requests, evaluating the feasibility and impact of tailored solutions. With direct leadership over the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channels teams, this role will strengthen our product's position as a leader in B2B payment and financial process automation.

What You'll Do

The following are the primary responsibilities for this role. However, they may evolve or expand as the individual grows in the role and as the company adapts to new opportunities and challenges. Any adjustments will be communicated in advance.

  • Lead and coordinate the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channels teams to achieve and exceed established revenue goals, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with Yaydoo's business objectives.
  • Design, execute, and optimize sales and marketing strategies to position our products as key solutions in the market, ensuring their adoption and expansion through complementary tactics across both teams.
  • Define and implement dynamic, personalized pricing policies based on market segmentation and tailored to the specific needs of customers, ensuring revenue margins are maximized.
  • Develop and implement demand generation and market expansion strategies through sales and marketing channels, driving visibility and generating qualified sales opportunities.
  • Analyze and report on sales and marketing performance metrics, adjusting tactics in real-time to ensure teams are focused on actions that have the most impact on revenue growth.
  • Identify new market penetration opportunities and expansion into new channels, utilizing both digital marketing tactics and direct sales efforts to position our products as an industry leader.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key customers, working closely with the Customer Success team to ensure retention and maximize customer value, while optimizing opportunities for additional sales or cross-selling.
  • Develop and lead high-performance teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channels, creating a culture of achievement and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and career growth, ensuring each team is empowered and capable of driving success in alignment with our revenue goals.
  • Foster a results-driven culture where meeting and exceeding objectives is at the core of daily operations.

What You're Bringing

Ideal experience for this role can be gained through a combination of professional career, educational background, certifications, or relevant projects.

  • Professional Background: Extensive experience in Revenue leadership or Operations within high-growth startups or SaaS companies, particularly those offering financial solutions. The candidate should have a proven track record in scaling revenue operations, leading cross-functional teams, and optimizing go-to-market strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the financial technology space, with experience working in the Mexican market. Experience with a broad range of clients, from medium-sized businesses to large enterprises, will be crucial for adapting strategies to meet diverse customer needs and business complexities.
