Role at a Glance
As a Tech Lead on our Enterprise Delivery team, you will lead technical efforts to design, develop, and implement customized solutions that connect our SaaS products to our enterprise clients’ core systems, such as ERPs, payment platforms, and legacy solutions. This role connects the technical and business aspects, guiding development teams, supporting solution design, and ensuring successful delivery for our key clients.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the technical design and implementation of tailored enterprise solutions that meet client needs and align with Yaydoo/Paystand product capabilities.
- Work with Solutions Architects, Product Owners, and client stakeholders to turn business needs into strong, scalable, and maintainable technical architectures.
- Ensure development efforts follow established architectural standards, security protocols, and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct design and code reviews to promote best practices in clean code, testing, and software craftsmanship.
- Identify technical risks, propose strategies to address them, and take part in decision-making processes.
- Team Leadership.
- Hands-on coding functionalities and modules for the projects, POC and/or MVPs.
- Serve as the main technical contact for delivery teams across assigned enterprise accounts.
- Mentor and coach developers on best practices, patterns, and architecture choices.
- Encourage a culture of responsibility, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
- Contribute directly to coding efforts when needed to help teams overcome obstacles or drive important implementations.
Client-Facing & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Engage with clients in solution workshops, gather requirements, and conduct demos.
- Assist in pre-sales efforts with technical scoping, estimating effort, and feasibility analysis alongside Solutions Architects.
- Ensure all proposed and delivered solutions are technically feasible and provide business value.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Support, Engineering and Customer Success to ensure alignment with the rest of the company/group.

- Ability to mentor, guide, and elevate development teams.
- Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (both in Spanish and English).
- Strong analytical thinking with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Empathy, professionalism, and flexibility in enterprise client interactions.
- Team player across diverse cultural and functional backgrounds.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 9+ years in software development roles.
- 4+ years in technical leadership or Tech Lead positions.
- Strong experience in enterprise software delivery or consulting environments.
- Prior experience integrating SaaS products with ERPs or payment systems is highly valued.
- Knowledge of the Fintech, SaaS, or Payments sectors is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
