Role at a Glance

We are seeking an innovative Marketing Growth Hacker to join our Demand Generation team in Guadalajara. In this individual contributor role, your mission will be to turbocharge our top‑of‑funnel acquisition—driving high‑quality leads into our pipeline—while also laying the groundwork for end‑to‑end engagement and conversion. This is a hands-on, high-velocity role for someone who thrives on testing, iterating, and scaling new marketing channels. The right person isn’t just good at running campaigns; they’re obsessed with growth hacking, new tools, and finding fresh ways to break through. Above all, you are data‑driven: you hypothesize, tinker, iterate, and ruthlessly cut tactics that don’t perform.

Role and Key Responsibilities

Rapid-Fire Experimentation & Channel Innovation

  • Run rapid‑fire tests across paid social, SEM, display, and our website—setting clear hypotheses, launching experiments, and optimizing for CAC and ROAS
  • Tinker with emerging channels—from TikTok‑style B2B content to AI‑powered ad creation—to uncover underpriced media that others haven’t tapped into yet
  • Move fast and iterate constantly: embrace a “test today, learn tomorrow” mindset to surface what works right now

Scrappy Execution & Vendor Management

  • Own end‑to‑end execution: research vendors, vet partners, negotiate pricing, and launch campaigns in days, not weeks
  • Coordinate cross‑functional resources (creative, ops, finance) to ensure rapid mobilization of any new growth initiative

Creative & Content Amplification

  • Leverage both paid and organic tactics to amplify cornerstone content across LinkedIn, email newsletters, display ads, and video channels
  • Optimize every piece of creative—from landing pages and ad copy to short‑form video—using the latest tools, AI automation, and CRO best practices

Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Measure and report on pipeline contribution, cost‑per‑lead (CPL), ROAS, and other growth metrics in real time
  • Iterate based on data: dig into what’s driving performance (and what’s holding it back), then refine campaigns on the fly

Cross-Functional Growth Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with Demand Gen, Content, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to align on priorities, share learnings, and accelerate full‑funnel impact
  • Evangelize a data‑obsessed, bias‑toward‑action culture across Paystand’s demand gen team, championing speed over perfection

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in growth, demand generation, or digital marketing—ideally within a high‑growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Growth‑hacking mindset: relentless experimentation with new tools, AI‑driven ad creative, and emerging distribution channels
  • Paid‑media expertise: hands‑on management of budgets and campaigns across paid social, SEM, display, programmatic (and willingness to test other, under‑the‑radar channels)
  • Creative problem solver: able to learn and execute on unfamiliar channels or tactics quickly and independently
  • Data‑driven & analytical: comfortable defining and tracking key metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPL, funnel velocity) and using those insights to iterate in real time
  • Speed‑obsessed executor: scrappy, resourceful, and bias‑for‑action—launch tests in days, not weeks, and optimize on the fly
  • Collaborative communicator: partners seamlessly with Demand Gen, Content, Sales, Product Marketing, and Ops teams to accelerate full‑funnel impact
  • Fluency in English.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with AI‑driven ad creation tools (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai) and under‑the‑radar media buys
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills for rapid landing‑page tweaks
  • Familiarity with analytics and experimentation platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize)
  • Prior experience working in a blockchain‑enabled or fintech environment
