Responsibilities

  • Be the Welcoming Voice - As the first person our potential clients talk to, you'll be the friendly face of our company. You'll get to understand what they need, provide helpful information, and kick-start an exciting sales journey.
  • Social Media - Dive into the world of social media with us! You'll craft engaging posts, chat with our followers, and use your creativity to boost our online presence. It's your chance to make our brand shine on social platforms.
  • Event Planning -Get ready to bring your organizational skills to life in tradeshows and events. You'll be the mastermind behind the scenes, prepping awesome promotional materials and making sure we stand out in the crowd.
  • Salesforce- Use your knack for technology to manage customer interactions in Salesforce. Keep track of our leads and customers, maintain their data, and use these insights to power up our sales and marketing strategies.
  • Market Research - Curious about market trends and customer preferences? Your research will guide us in understanding what our customers love and how we stack up against competitors, helping us tailor our approach perfectly.
  • Team Collaborator - Join our sales and marketing dream team, where your collaboration skills will shine. You'll be the link that keeps us all aligned, ensuring that we're moving together towards our common goals.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred. However, equivalent experience may also be considered in lieu of formal education.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or a related area.
  • Experience with event planning and management.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
  • Competence in using CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Basic understanding of market research techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
