Position Title: Support Engineer
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented support engineer to join our team at Redo. In this role, you will enable customers to gain the most from the Redo platform.
Responsibilities:
Implement customer-requested customizations
Triage and investigate customer issues
Create tools to help customers and the Redo team
Qualifications:
Experience developing full-stack web applications
Strong programming skills.
Strong track record for delivering high-quality projects in a timely manner.
Positive attitude and collaborative personality.
Preferred Qualifications:
BS degree in related technical field
Experience with TypeScript
