Based in Draper, Utah, we're experiencing rapid growth and are actively seeking passionate individuals who are up for the challenge of building our product and scaling the company. Join us in shaping the future of e-commerce and delivering exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint! As a Product Analyst at Redo, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, data, and customer insight—focused specifically on checkout optimization and experimentation. Redo is an ecommerce platform that helps merchants win more business and build stronger customer relationships — and this role plays a key part in that mission. You’ll analyze how merchants and shoppers engage with checkout flows, design and run A/B tests, and surface insights that inform product development and drive measurable value.
Responsibilities
You’ll need to be equal parts data detective, A/B testing champion, and cross-functional communicator — someone who can speak the language of engineers, designers, and sales leaders alike, while always keeping the merchant and buyer experience front and center.
Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments in checkout to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion and AOV.
Partner with product managers and engineers to define success metrics, structure test variants, and evaluate outcomes.
Analyze shopper behavior and merchant adoption to uncover insights about what’s working (or not) in the checkout experience.
Collaborate with GTM and Success teams to understand merchant feedback, identify pain points, and translate them into testable product improvements.
Build dashboards and reports to make checkout performance and test results accessible and actionable across the org.
Support new product rollouts and extensions (e.g., shipping offers, upsells) with real-time insights and performance tracking.
Qualifications
2–4+ years of experience in a product analytics, experimentation, or data analyst role.
Strong grasp of A/B testing best practices—design, randomization, significance, and interpretation.
Proficient in SQL; bonus if you’re comfortable with Python, R, or dbt.
Experience using BI tools like Looker, Mode, Tableau, or similar.
Analytical thinker who enjoys structuring messy problems and extracting clear, actionable insights.
Excellent communicator—able to explain technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
Bonus: Experience in ecommerce, CRO (conversion rate optimization), or merchant platforms.
Bonus: Familiarity with shipping logic, checkout UX, or product-led growth in a startup environment.

At Redo, we’re trying to be an AI-native team that moves fast and optimizes for time, so we use one-way video interviews as part of our hiring process. We know this can feel new (and sometimes uncomfortable), so just a heads-up: if you move forward, you’ll be asked to record a short video. With a lean talent team and high candidate volume, this helps us fairly and flexibly engage with everyone.
