Position Title: IT & Systems Support Rep

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy individual to own IT and systems operations at Redo. You’ll manage internal hardware and software support, help onboard and offboard teammates, and play a key role in keeping our tools, devices, and accounts running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Order and manage tech inventory (laptops, docks, monitors, etc.)

• Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues (network, hardware, software)

• Implement hardware/software changes and system setups

• Support onboarding: prepare devices and initial tool access

• Handle offboarding: collect and repurpose equipment, revoke access

• Assist with device repurposing, selling, or disposal

• Respond to access requests and permission changes

• Support internal compliance tasks related to device and account management

Qualifications:

• Strong troubleshooting skills across Mac, Windows, and Linux environments

• Comfortable with SaaS tools and account provisioning

• Familiar with network and hardware diagnostics

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments

• Self-driven and highly organized, with the ability to manage tasks independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Information Systems or related field
