Solutions Architect
The Solutions Architect is a customer-facing technical role responsible for architecting customer deployments and expanding usage across Redo's product suite. Each Solutions Architect specializes in one of Redo's product clouds—Returns, Order Management, Email/SMS, Conversion, or Support—building deep domain expertise to design solutions that unlock the full value of the platform for customers. This role owns a defined book of business and carries a quota tied to the growth of those accounts.
Solutions Architects work shoulder-to-shoulder with General Managers and Engineers to lead implementations, shape feature requests, and own the end-to-end technical experience. They also partner directly with Account Executives during the sales cycle, serving as the technical authority who guides prospects through validation, solution design, and architectural decisions.
This is one of the few roles at Redo with true visibility across the entire business—from GTM and customer success to product, engineering, and operations. It's a uniquely cross-functional seat that combines deep technical work with customer strategy and direct business impact. That breadth also opens up a wide set of growth paths, whether that's leading the development of a new product, running a post-sales team, or moving into the Account Executive organization.
Responsibilities
Solution Design & Implementation
Partner closely with Sales, GMs, and Engineering to scope, architect, and launch new customer deployments
Engage in sales cycles pre-close to surface requirements, validate technical fit, and design scalable solutions
Translate complex customer workflows into Redo configurations and drive a clean, on-time go-live
Account Expansion
Identify opportunities for customers to adopt additional capabilities and deepen their use of the platform
Build multi-stakeholder relationships to understand customer goals, technical constraints, and roadmap needs
Expand product footprint within your book of business and shape long-term account architecture
Quota & Book Ownership
Consistently achieve or exceed quota through expansion and technical deal support
Own a book of business, driving revenue growth through proactive engagement and solution guidance
Partner with AEs to run deals end-to-end, including demos, technical validation, and scoping
Qualifications
High-agency mindset—proactive, resourceful, and able to drive outcomes independently
Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly learn product nuances and architectural patterns
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong bias for action
Clear communicator who can simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong relationship builder with proven cross-functional collaboration experience
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and post-purchase systems is a plus
