Job Summary
We are seeking a highly ambitious, talented, and results-driven FP&A Senior Analyst as our first strategic finance hire to build out our FP&A and Pricing functions. This role is pivotal in turning financial data into actionable insights, supporting cross-functional teams, and contributing to the company’s success by optimizing pricing, forecasting, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities
2025 Outcomes:
Transform pricing and take rates into a transparent, easily understood framework.
Become the pricing expert for our business, with deep knowledge of labor/material costs and market-specific pricing dynamics.
Achieve a 7-day financial close and deliver a comprehensive monthly reporting package.
Implement and maximize the use of Runway financial modeling software.
Establish formal budgets with regular reviews and strong controls.
Partner with business leaders to ensure they achieve their objectives, with a focus on aligning financial strategy to operational success.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and refine financial models using Google Sheets and Runway.
Conduct revenue forecasting and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.
Drive headcount planning and budgeting processes across the organization.
Collaborate on the monthly close process and prepare financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with Operations and Product teams to enhance performance, build investment business cases, and maintain P&L alignment.
Assist in managing the company’s debt facility, ensuring compliance and optimization.
Perform cash flow and capital allocation analysis to optimize financial resources.
Prepare board and investor presentations, highlighting key financial insights.
Oversee deal desk reviews and approvals to ensure alignment with pricing strategy.
Provide real-time take rate reporting and address any related issues proactively.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive pricing master file.

Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or a
related analytical role.
Advanced financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel, and financial software (Runway experience preferred).
Strong understanding of P&L management, revenue forecasting, and scenario planning.
Experience with pricing analysis, cost structures, and financial reporting.
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally, particularly with Operations and Product teams.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience preparing materials for executives, boards, and investors.
Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
