Base Salary: $60,000
Variable: Tiered commission per closed deal (roof + R3 bundles earn the highest rate).
OTE: High performers typically reach $110k–$130k; earnings are uncapped.
The Role
Warm leads, seasoned pipeline, no cold prospecting. As a Sales Closer, you'll receive warm transfers from Setters and guide qualified homeowners through scope review, financing paperwork, and signature. You'll guide the customer through the construction process by laying out color selections and providing financing solutions to fit customer's budget. By the time you are done with the process, the homeowner feels informed, excited, and ready to schedule their install.
Responsibilities
Accept real-time phone transfers and scheduled follow-ups from Setters.
Build rapport fast; act as a trusted advisor rather than a “hard closer.”
Walk customers through the full scope—tear-off, materials, install timeline, warranties.
Present payment plans vs. cash pricing; answer financing questions with confidence.
Finalize sales-package paperwork (loan docs, Home Improvement Contract, shingle color selection).
Own your pipeline: revive stalled deals, liaise with operations for post-sale hand-off, and keep status notes pristine in the CRM.
Hit monthly revenue and close-rate targets while maintaining a customer-satisfaction bar of 4.8/5 or higher.
Required Qualifications
Looking for candidates willing to work either 9AM-6PM or 11AM-8PM shift.
2+ years closing high-ticket sales (home improvement, solar, HVAC, or similar).
Proven track record exceeding a six-figure quota or equivalent OTE.
Strong discovery & objection-handling skills; you sell on value, not discount.
Detail-oriented when explaining scope and completing contracts.
Thrive in an in-office, high-energy culture—competitive but team-first.
Preferred Qualifications
Roofing, solar, or construction knowledge (we’ll train the right closer).
Familiarity with lending platforms ( GoodLeap, Sunlight, etc.).
