Base Salary: $50,000
Incentives: $20 per qualified lead transferred • $40 per cash deal notice-to-proceed (NTP)
OTE: Varies with lead volume; recent performers have landed in the $60k–$70k range.
The Role
As a Sales Setter on Remi’s Roofing team, you’re the first live voice a homeowner hears after clicking one of our Facebook or Google ads. You’ll respond to inbound leads within minutes, confirm financing eligibility, highlight Remi’s superior roofing network and then warm-transfer qualified prospects to a Closer. Think of yourself as the runway that lines up every deal for take-off—quickly, professionally, and with a smile the customer can hear.
Responsibilities
Respond to new leads via phone & text within SLA (typically < 5 minutes).
Use our financing portal to pre-qualify homeowners; guide non-qualified prospects toward cash options.
Explain the roof-replacement journey at a high level—scope, timeline, financing perks—building confidence in Remi.
Trigger bid generation inside the CRM once qualification boxes are ticked.
Warm-transfer eligible leads to a Sales Closer and log all activity notes, dispositions, and follow-ups in a sales CRM.
Track daily conversion metrics (dials, connects, transfers) and hit or exceed personal goal targets.
Required Qualifications
Able to start shift as early as 7 AM
1+ year in phone-based sales, lead-gen, or call-center work.
Clear, upbeat communication style; you build trust in under 60 seconds.
Comfortable juggling multiple screens/CRMs and typing notes in real time.
Self-starter attitude—high energy, coachable, and motivated by weekly goals.
Willing to work 100 % on-site alongside the rest of the Setter team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in home-improvement, solar, or financial-services lead generation.
Familiarity with consumer lending, credit checks, or roofing terminology.
Spanish fluency (nice to have).
