We are a Series A SaaS company and provide the system of record for event marketing. Our software platform provides proprietary insights that helps high-growth companies find the highest ROI events, conferences and trade shows to attend and sponsor. We have built an AI-powered platform that customers describe as an event marketer’s dream.

Vendelux was founded in 2021, and our recent $14 million Series A was led by FirstMark, whose portfolio includes companies like Shopify, Pinterest, Discord, Airbnb, Draft Kings, Carta and Justworks (amongst others). Our leadership team includes alumni from Bain, ZoomInfo, Shutterstock, Compass, ModernLoop, Forter, Zulilly, NewtonX.

Vendelux is seeking a Demand Generation Lead to own and scale our marketing-led pipeline strategy and execution. In this role, you will evolve a high-performing acquisition engine that drives predictable, high-quality pipeline across digital, ABM, and field amplification channels.

You’ll partner closely with Sales to ensure tight full-funnel alignment - from awareness to SQL creation and opportunity progression. While Events and Community are owned separately, you will work to amplify event-driven pipeline and maximize conversion across touchpoints.

This is a player-coach leadership role. You will set demand strategy and stay close to execution - directly managing one or two marketers while personally driving key programs and experimentation.

The ideal candidate has successfully scaled integrated demand programs in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or AI-native technology company, at the series B or C level. You’re comfortable owning pipeline outcomes and building systems that create durable, repeatable growth. You’re a strategic thinker, but are happy to roll up your sleeves and dive into execution. This role offers the autonomy of a builder environment with close collaboration with colleagues.

This position will be 3-4 days onsite, based in our NYC headquarters.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute the global demand generation strategy across paid media, email, content, SEO, ABM, and events to drive awareness, lead generation, and measurable pipeline growth aligned with business goals.

  • Develop and operationalize the marketing funnel: Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and reporting across lead and opportunity stages

  • Improve conversion rates across the entire marketing funnel

  • Build and scale ABM programs that deliver highly personalized engagement for target accounts.

  • Leverage AI and modern tooling to personalize at scale and increase team leverage.

  • Build and operate AI-assisted workflows across content creation and distribution, SEO/GEO/AEO experimentation and rapid campaign iteration and personalization - using AI tools and automation platforms

  • Design and optimize content frameworks aligned to the buyer journey, including ads, landing pages, nurture streams, and thought leadership.

  • Implement attribution models and reporting frameworks to measure performance, identify pipeline drivers, and optimize ROI.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation with a demonstrated track record of building scalable programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.

  • Experience scaling Series B/C companies

  • Expert use of: HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads.

  • Proficient in using AI tools to automate and build content, and an interest in using AI to constantly improve outcomes

  • Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments

  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity

  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics, attribution models, campaign analytics, and performance optimization.

  • Ability to design segmentation strategies and personalization frameworks at scale.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting dashboards.
