Telecommuting is available, but the candidate must reside in the Boston, Massachusetts region, as regular visits to the company office are required. 5% domestic travel required per year.

Salary: one hundred sixty-one thousand eight-hundred three dollars.
Job Duties:
Duties include the following
- Lead the design and execution of innovative research methodologies to generate actionable insights;
- Oversee the analysis of qualitative and quantitative research, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and relevant insights;
- Present research findings to senior leadership and stakeholders, tailoring messaging to specific needs and audiences;
- Lead the development and optimization of research operations, ensuring efficient workflows, resource allocation, and project timelines;
- Oversee the budgeting, planning, and scheduling of research projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities;
- Standardize and streamline processes to improve research execution, scalability, and quality assurance;
- Partner with customers and product teams to incorporate research insights into product and service development cycles;
- Use research-driven insights to influence product roadmaps, user experience improvements, and market positioning; and
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of research initiatives and their impact on business outcomes.
Requirements:
Employer requires candidate to have a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a closely related field and three (3) years of work experience in any occupation managing large-scale research projects with fortune 1000 customers serving multiple business functions (e.g., product, marketing, strategy).
Candidate must also have the following:
- Demonstrated ability collaborating on research for new software product development fromincubation to in-market gained through three (3) years of work experience;
- Demonstrated knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies (e.g., ethnography, surveys, focus groups, experimental design, and advanced analytics) gained through three (3) years of work experience;
- Demonstrated ability building and scaling a professional services function within a marketing research organization gained through three (3) years of work experience;
- Demonstrated knowledge of data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SPSS, R, Python, or similar platforms for data analysis and visualization gained through three (3) years of work experience;
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management software, including tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project for managing research workflows and deadlines gained through three (3) years of work experience;
- Demonstrated knowledge of research platforms, including survey tools (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or Userlytics), interview recording software, and analytics tools for qualitative and quantitative insights gained through three (3) years of work experience; and
- Demonstrated ability with CRM and business intelligence tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Google Analytics for integrating insights into operational workflows gained through three (3) years of work experience.
All years of experience may be gained concurrently.
